现任北京化工大学经济管理学院副教授、硕士生导师。研究方向为创业与创新，包括包容性（金字塔底层群体/BOP）创业，数字创业，企业创新等。

     主持国家社科基金一般项目、国家科技部引智计划项目、中国博士后科学基金等多项国家和省部级项目。在R&D Management、Technology in Society、Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money等国际TOP期刊发表多篇论文，获得2019年美国管理学年会(AOM)最佳论文。担任Academy of Management Proceedings、Journal of International Finance and Economics等期刊审稿专家。
