冯雅男，管理学博士，华盛顿大学访问学者。曾任教于英国诺丁汉大学，担任诺丁汉大学商学院研究员、战略与国际商务系副主任。主要从事国际商务、创新管理、企业绿色发展等领域的研究。获得国家教育部颁发的国家优秀自费留学生奖（时任刘晓明大使颁奖）、英国教育部颁发的优秀海外留学生奖(ORSAS)、英国管理学会年会最佳论文奖、美国管理学会年会最佳论文提名奖、中国技术管理协会年会最佳论文奖、中国管理研究国际学会研究方法工作坊微观组最佳研究计划奖、英国诺丁汉大学杰出贡献奖等奖项。受邀参与撰写 Routledge 出版社出版的“Routledge Handbooks”系列手册。
        主持或参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、欧盟第七框架项目（565 万欧元）、联合国开发计划署项目、世界大学联盟组织研究发展基金、英中教育委员会研究发展基金、诺丁汉大学重点研究基金、诺丁汉大学商学院研究发展基金等科研项目多项。研究成果发表于FT50/ABS4*/ABS4等国际顶刊，被多位领域内的顶尖学者引用。引用期刊包括UT Dallas 24《Organization Science》等国际顶刊。

       受邀担任十几份国际权威期刊的评审专家，如《British Journal of Management》、《Technovation》、《Management and Organization Review》、《International Small Business Journal》、《R&D Management》、《European Management Journal》、《Technological Forecasting and Social Change》、《Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing》、《Leadership and Organization Development Journal》等。在国际商务学会年会、战略管理学会年会、欧洲管理学年会、英国管理学年会等国际会议和论坛做学术报告二十余次。
       在人才培养方面，完成指导共计70多位硕士研究生，1位博士研究生。指导博士学生博士论文入围美国管理学会年会最佳论文奖。在诺丁汉大学任教期间，被学生评为：‘最受喜爱的老师’、‘最负责任的老师’等好评。
