主要研究领域围绕领导力、职业可持续性、人工智能等主题,已发表37篇学术论文,包括SSCI期刊论文12篇(含一作论文7篇,通讯作者论文2篇)、SCI 2篇(含一作论文1篇)、CSSCI期刊论文4篇(含一作论文2篇);管理领域国内外高水平会议论文18篇(含8篇一作顶级国际学术会议AOM和IACMR年会论文;一篇2025 AOM Best Paper)并作汇报。其中,国际期刊论文最高单篇被引100余次(Google Scholar)。
